IT Support

At the core of our business is IT Support. We support every aspect of our client’s IT Systems, from their computers, to internet access, domain names and everything in-between.

This way our clients can call us whenever they have an IT related problem and if we can’t fix it then we know someone who will (and form good relationships with these people to ensure efficient fixes)

We offer our clients Annual Support services. This gives our clients unlimited onsite, and remote IT Support; everything including installation of a printer or computer and making sure your server is functioning, to speaking to your internet company should the internet go down, taking control of your PC remotely if you have a problem or question, to office WiFi, setting up new users and making sure email is running on your phone!

Part of our annual support model is simply giving advice. We brief our clients on new technology and innovation which could make our clients life more efficient and cost effective.

We offer a bespoke IT consultancy for our clients. The Project could be a one off upgrade network, to migrate a client’s network to the cloud, or a long term project to roll out a new technology or piece of software.

Every project we undertake, whether big or small, changes the way our clients work in some way, and so preparation, and knowledge, is at the core of how we work and we are very well versed in what we do.

Every client we support is different, with different requirements, goals and time-frames. That what makes our jobs so much fun (we are geeks after all!)
